Patrick Faylor is the Director of Operations and Partner at Wineguys Restaurant Group, bringing 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the table. As a veteran in his field, Patrick has spent nearly three decades mastering front-of-house operations and is well-versed in the diverse roles that make a restaurant hum with energy and precision. Known for his knack for creating welcoming, memorable experiences, he’s the go-to guy for ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.

Outside of his work with Wineguys, Patrick keeps busy with well-rounded hobbies—he loves playing guitar, hitting the ski slopes, and pushing his limits in CrossFit. His mix of hospitality expertise and zest for life brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to every conversation.
